Questions or Order Issues?
We are here to help. Please email us at: bearbeedesignco@gmail.com. We typically respond in 24-48 hours. If you have an issue with your order, please let us know within 14 days of delivery and include the order number in your email.
How long will my order take to ship?
Lead times vary by product. Each product page will have the lead time listed under item details. As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for items to be processed before shipping, but many products will ship sooner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) has shipped. If you need an item quickly please reach out to us before ordering to ensure your request can be fulfilled.
Please note that lead times are subject to change and we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order. If at any time you are unsure about the status of your order please reach out.
Help, my package is missing!
Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. Once a package leaves our facilities, it is in the hands of the carrier. We will work with the carrier to try to help you locate your package. Many times it is best for the customer to reach out to the carrier for further assistance.
If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages, but we may be able to issue a replacement.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of our products all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. we take great care in ensuring each item is up to our standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to discuss.
Can I modify or make changes to my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. Please reach out to us ASAP with any modifications to your order, like address changes. We will do our best to assist your modification, but modifications cannot be guaranteed. You have a 24-hour grace period to cancel your order.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you. Please note some items may not be able to be shipped together to keep them safe during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?

Do you include hardware for hanging?
Unless otherwise noted in the item details, all of our pieces do not include hanging hardware. You are responsible for hanging your pieces and Bearbee + Co. does not assume responsibility for any damage due to hanging or falling. Suitability of our products is at your discretion.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Quality + Care
Each item is handmade with love and one of a kind. No two pieces will be identical. There may be slight variations in color, engraving, thickness, etc. We do our best to maintain consistency among our products.
Unless stated otherwise, all art + signs are for indoor use only.
We take great care in ensuring each item is up to our standards and crafted to last as long as it is not mistreated. We are not responsible for any damages that occur due to misuse. Treat your piece kindly and hope it is treasured for years to come. Do not use harsh cleaners and abrasives. If needed you may lightly dust the piece. To clean mirrored acrylic, please use eyeglass/lens cleaner with a lint free cloth suitable for lenses and glasses.
